IN-PERSON CONFERENCES: These are one-day, in-person conferences with classes on craft, marketing, and the publishing business. You can also schedule a 10-minute meeting with any or all of the attending agents. The Pittsburgh Writing Workshop is scheduled for Saturday, November 14, 2026 at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center. You can register on the website or email Brian at [email protected] and tell him you’re interested in the Pittsburgh event. The Cleveland Writing Workshop will take place on Saturday, November 21, 2026, at the Huntington Convention Center of Cleveland. To ensure that writers have a robust and diverse lineup of agents and editors to pitch, 2026 Pittsburgh and Cleveland Writing Workshop attendees will have the ability to also pitch literary agents at a Writing Day Workshops online event that follows the 2026 CWW on our calendar. ONLINE CONFERENCES: Our two-day online conferences offer all the benefits of our in-person conferences, including classes, panels, and pitch opportunities, with the added bonus of being able to attend from the comfort of your home. After the conference, registrants will receive links to recordings of the weekend's sessions. The online Florida Writing Workshop is October 9-10, 2026, from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern time both days. The online Seattle Writing Workshop is November 6-7, 2026, from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific time both days.
